These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unfolde (the "Service"), a performance marketing intelligence product operated by Novara Systems Private Limited ("Novara Systems," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the unfolde product. By creating an unfolde account, connecting an advertising account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using unfolde on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.
unfolde helps you plan, run, and analyze advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It reads the performance data of campaigns on your connected ad accounts, campaign, ad set, ad, and creative-level metrics you authorize us to access, and builds a memory of what works for your brand, surfacing insights, summaries, and recommendations to improve future campaigns. With your authorization, unfolde can also create, edit, and pause campaigns, ad sets, and ads on your connected ad account on your behalf. Campaigns created through unfolde are created in a paused state, so you can review them before they run.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use unfolde. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@unfolde.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where required to comply with the policies of platforms we integrate with.
To use unfolde, you connect one or more Meta advertising accounts via Meta's official login and authorization flow. By doing so, you authorize unfolde to access and process the data described in our Privacy Policy, solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You retain all rights in the advertising data, creative assets, brand information, and other content you provide to unfolde or authorize unfolde to access ("Your Data"). You grant unfolde a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display Your Data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you, and to produce de-identified, aggregated insights as described below.
We may use de-identified and aggregated data (data that no longer identifies you, your organization, your ad accounts, or any individual) to improve the Service, train and evaluate our models, and produce industry benchmarks. We will not share Your Data in any form that identifies you or your organization with third parties for their independent use, and we will not sell Your Data.

If your plan includes paid features, you agree to pay the fees stated at the time of purchase. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Each party may receive non-public information from the other in the course of using the Service. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from a third party without confidentiality obligations.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and the unfolde brand, is owned by Novara Systems and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Feedback you provide about the Service is non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.
The Service depends on third-party platforms, including Meta. We do not control these platforms, and changes to their APIs, policies, or availability may affect the Service. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of any third-party platform. Your use of Meta's products remains governed by your agreements with Meta.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if continued access would violate the policies of a platform we integrate with, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.
On termination: your right to use the Service ends, your data will be deleted in accordance with the schedule in our Privacy Policy, and the provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." unfolde produces analyses and recommendations based on data made available to it; it does not guarantee any particular marketing outcome, return on ad spend, or business result. You are responsible for your own advertising decisions and for compliance with applicable advertising laws and Meta's policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, unfolde will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in that period, or (b) ten thousand Indian rupees (INR 10,000).
You will indemnify and hold harmless Novara Systems and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) Your Data, (b) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, including Meta's policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice, for example by email or an in-product notice, before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form or plan terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Novara Systems regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
