What we store

Campaign performance data synced from your Meta ad account
Creative thumbnails and AI-extracted features
Audience pool references (not the people in them)
Beliefs and brand intelligence derived from your campaigns
Account preferences and settings

We do not store payment methods, customer PII from your pixel, or content from your Pages or DMs.

How to delete your data

You can delete your data directly from your unfolde account:

Sign in to your account at unfolde.in
Go to Settings → Privacy & Data
Choose one of the following:
- Delete brand data — removes all unfolde data for a specific brand, including beliefs and creative scores. Your Meta account stays connected.
- Delete all Meta data — revokes unfolde's access to Meta and deletes all data derived from your Meta account across all brands.
- Delete account — permanently deletes your unfolde account, all brands, and every record we hold.

Deletion via Facebook

If you revoke unfolde's permissions from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), Meta will notify us automatically and we will delete all data associated with your Meta account within 30 days.

Timeline

Most data is deleted immediately. Backup propagation takes up to 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
